Viridiana Cisneros, an educator in bilingual education and English language development, will present in the Parent Partnership Series tonight at 5:30 p.m. Her presentation will engage in practical ways to promote English language development at home.
Viridiana holds a B.S. in Bilingual Elementary Education and is currently working on her M.A. She understands the importance and empowerment of teaching students in their heritage language and giving them the tools to acquire higher levels of English
proficiency. Viridiana worked to rebuild an elementary bilingual program and coach bilingual and ELD teachers. She has collaborated to provide strategies for and support English learners across New Mexico.
