All schools have completed a Root Cause Analysis (RCA) unique to their student population. The results of the RCA are being addressed in the 90-Day Plan updates. The goal is to see academic progress and increased attendance/engagement within the next grading period. The successful strategies identified in the RCA as well as strategies to address identified gaps will constitute the action steps we will take.
