Recently, we received information about a potential threat on April 11 at Shiprock High School, and we want to emphasize that we immediately took action. Our CCSD administration, staff, and safety team, through our collective efforts and a thorough investigation, can confirm that the threat has been handled and the school is deemed safe. Shiprock High School will resume on a regular schedule.

We understand that incidents like these can cause worry and concern, but we want to assure you that we are doing everything possible to keep your children safe. Our top priority is always your children's safety and well-being.
