SPRING 2022 OPPORTUNITY TO LEARN – YOUTH FORWARD SURVEY

In efforts to collect feedback from all stakeholders, New Mexico Public Education Department is asking all New Mexico classroom educators, parents, and students to participate in the Spring 2022 Youth Forward Survey! CCSD is highly encouraging everyone to complete this survey.

Feedback from survey participants will help all education stakeholders paint a more complete picture of what our students need now, beyond just what their test scores say. NMPED will use this information to make more holistic and equitable decisions for our students, and the families and staff who support them.

There are four versions of the Youth Forward Survey:
Family/Guardian survey for parents of K-12 students. Click here.
Teacher survey for K-12 classroom educators. Click here.
Student survey for Grades 3-5. Click here.
Student survey for Grades 6-12. Click here.

If parents/guardians have more than one child, they can submit a response for each student.
All survey URLS within the administration guides will be active on the first day of the survey collection window on Tuesday, April 19 through May 16, 2022.
