Dear CCSD Team members,
This memo regarding vaccine updates is for all district employees.
All CCSD employees:
- are highly encouraged to get a vaccine voluntarily;
- are requested to send a copy of their vaccine card to Martha Frazier; [email protected] ASAP;
- will not be selected for surveillance testing once the vaccine card is received in HR, per the toolkit from NMDOH and NMPED;
- will not need to quarantine in the case of a close contact, per the toolkit from NMDOH and NMPED
We are very pleased that CCSD was able to collaborate with our local health professionals and make the vaccine available. Please continue all COVID safety practices per the toolkit. To download a copy of the toolkit,
