Due to the recent inclement weather and flooding at our district administration office, we are moving and reorganizing our office locations to Kirtland Business Office and schools for the time-being. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we resolve these issues.
Important Updates:
1. Office Relocation: Many of our departments have been temporarily relocated. Please be aware that there may be changes in how you access our services at different locations. Our staff can still access phones and computers to provide services to our work colleagues and community.
2. Human Resources: Our Human Resource team will be located at the Kirtland Business Office for the time-being. If you need fingerprinting services or other onboarding processes completed will be at the Kirtland Business Office in the Randy J. Manning Building. We are working to make these services available as soon as possible and will provide updates on their status.
3. Front Desk Services: Our front desk is currently unable to transfer calls due to the temporary restructure of departments. For the time being, please use email to contact specific departments directly.
4. Estimated Timeline: We anticipate that it will take several weeks to fully resolve these issues and restore normal operations. We will keep you updated on our progress and any changes to our contact information.
